How Do I Know If I Have a Slab Leak?
Slab leaks are a Phoenix specialty because of our soil movement and the age of the copper used in 1980s-2000s construction. Three signs to watch for: 1) a hot spot on a tile or wood floor that wasn't there a week ago, 2) the sound of water running when every fixture is off, 3) an unexplained jump on your monthly water bill. If you see any of these, shut the main valve and call us. We use electronic and acoustic detection to pinpoint the leak before any concrete is opened — most repairs end up being a small access cut, not a whole-room demo. Diagnosis is $189 flat; we apply it to the repair if you proceed.

Summer Dispatch: Average Response Time Now 38 Minutes
We added a fifth truck and a second night dispatcher this month. Average response time across metro Phoenix is now 38 minutes during the day and 55 minutes between midnight and 6am. We're holding 'no after-hours surcharge before midnight' for the rest of summer — the price of the job is the price of the job, no matter what time you call. Monsoon season tends to spike slab leaks and condensate clogs; we recommend snapping a photo of where your main shutoff is now, before you need it. Tap-to-call from the profile or text us at the dispatch line.

$40 Off Drain Clearing Through October
Mention this Google post and any cabled drain clearing is $40 off through October 31. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink, tub, or main line — same discount. Applies to standard cabling (up to 75 feet). Hydro-jetting, camera inspections and root removal are separate services and aren't covered by this offer. One drain per visit, but you can use it during emergency hours. We'll honor it on the invoice — no coupon, no signup, just tell the tech when they arrive.

Tank or Tankless Water Heater in Phoenix?
For most Phoenix homes 2,000 sq ft and under, a high-efficiency 50-gallon tank is still the better value — install is faster, the unit lasts 8–12 years, and our hard water is rough on tankless heat exchangers without proper softening. For homes over 2,500 sq ft, families that run two showers at once, or anyone planning to stay 12+ years, a tankless (with a softener loop) makes sense. We stock Bradford White tanks and Rinnai/Navien tankless on our trucks and can usually do same-day install. We'll give you the honest answer for your home, not the upsell.
